Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked your accommodation at the Ryedale hotel you have entered into a legal binding contract.The Ryedale will uphold the right to levy the charges, as laid out in the Industry Standard Scale of Cancellation Charges.If for any reason you cancel your holiday, or are unable to stay for the complete booked period, the following charges, as detailed below will be applied.

If we can re-book your room out then only the deposit fee will apply.
There is a £10 cancellation fee for ferry crossing booked with us.
Notice period is the time from the initial cancellation contract with The Ryedale , to the commencement of your booking.We therefore advise all guests to have a suitable cancellation insurance policy in place.
